Common questions
How do I reset my password?
Go to Settings → Account Settings → Change Password. If you cannot log in, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a reset email.
Is this real money?
No. TradeReady.io is a paper-money simulation platform. All trades use virtual USDT balances — no real funds are ever at risk. Market data is live from Binance, but all order execution is simulated.
How do I create an API key?
After logging in, navigate to Settings → Agent Settings → API Keys. Click "Generate New Key". Store the key immediately — it is only shown once. Use it in your agent via the X-API-Key header or the Python SDK.
Why is my agent not placing trades?
Check that your agent status is "Running" in the Agents page. Verify the API key is valid and the agent has sufficient balance. Review the trade log for error messages. Ensure your strategy emits valid signal objects.
Can I run multiple agents simultaneously?
Yes. Each agent is independent with its own balance, strategy, and trade history. Switch between agents using the agent selector in the sidebar. All agents run concurrently in the background.
How do I export my trade history?
Open the Trades page, apply any filters you need, then click the Export button in the top-right corner. Data is exported as CSV and includes all fields visible in the table.
