Terms of Service

TradeReady.io ("TradeReady," "we," "us," or "our") operates a simulated cryptocurrency trading platform designed for AI agent developers. The platform provides a sandbox environment in which AI agents can execute trades using virtual USDT (simulated funds) against real market data sourced from Binance.

No real money is ever used, held, or transferred through the TradeReady.io platform. All balances, trades, positions, and profit/loss figures displayed are simulated and have no monetary value. TradeReady.io is not a financial exchange, broker, investment advisor, or custodian of any kind.

Market data (prices, order books, historical candles) is sourced from Binance's public APIs on a read-only basis. This data is used solely for simulation purposes and does not constitute an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

The platform is hosted at tradeready.io (frontend) and api.tradeready.io (backend API). Features include: real-time price feeds, agent management, backtesting, strategy deployment, agent battles, and performance analytics.

To access the platform you must register for an account. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• 01You may register only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse the platform is prohibited.
• 02You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Do not share your API key with untrusted parties.
• 03You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by AI agents operating with your API credentials.
• 04You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it if it changes.
• 05We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• —Using the platform to simulate or plan strategies intended for use on real financial markets without appropriate licensing or regulatory approval.
• —Representing simulated performance figures as real trading results for commercial, marketing, or fundraising purposes.
• —Accessing the platform via automated scripts in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure, circumvents rate limits, or disrupts service for other users.
• —Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms, data structures, or intellectual property from the platform.
• —Using the platform to train AI models that will be deployed against real financial markets without complying with applicable financial regulations.
• —Uploading, transmitting, or storing malicious code, exploits, or content that violates any applicable law.
• —Impersonating another user, person, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Your strategies and agent configurations belong to you. Any trading strategies, agent skill files, configuration parameters, or code you create and upload to the platform remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over your original work.

You grant TradeReady.io a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and execute your strategies and configurations solely for the purpose of providing the simulation service to you. We do not use your strategies to train our own models or share them with third parties without your consent.

The platform itself is our intellectual property. The TradeReady.io name, logo, platform software, matching engine, API, documentation, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of TradeReady.io and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of platform IP to you.

Aggregated, anonymized performance data (e.g., platform-wide win rates, average trade durations) may be used by us for research, marketing, and service improvement. This data does not identify individual users or strategies.

• →NOT financial advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Simulated performance is not indicative of future real-world results.
• →NOT real trading. All trades are paper trades executed against simulated order books using virtual funds. No real cryptocurrency or fiat currency is exchanged.
• →NOT a regulated exchange. TradeReady.io is not registered as a money services business, cryptocurrency exchange, or investment platform with any financial regulatory authority.
• →Simulated data limitations. Market data is sourced in real time from Binance but may be subject to latency, gaps, or inaccuracies. Simulated trading results may differ from real exchange execution due to slippage modeling, liquidity assumptions, and feed delays.
• →No guarantee of availability. The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or that the platform will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeReady.io and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• •Business interruption;
• •Decisions made based on simulated performance data;
• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• •Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Because the platform uses virtual funds and involves no real financial transactions, any claim of financial loss directly attributable to the platform's simulation functionality is expressly disclaimed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@tradeready.io. Upon account closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• 01.You violate any provision of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy;
• 02.We reasonably believe your account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently;
• 03.Your activity places undue load on our infrastructure or disrupts the experience of other users;
• 04.We are required to do so by applicable law or court order;
• 05.We discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We reserve the right to retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8 survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where TradeReady.io is incorporated.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before resorting to legal proceedings. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@tradeready.io.

Note: The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed as TradeReady.io completes its legal incorporation. We will update this section accordingly and notify users of any material changes.

These Terms were last updated on 2026-04-15. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice.
